  • The EAACI National Allergy Society (NAS) Dual Membership is available to all current members of a respective national society. Please note that the national society will have to confirm if the member is in a good standing. For this purpose, data are shared between EAACI and the National Allergy Society.
    Annual Fee: € 30.00

    * Exceptionally starting this year as part of our new NAS Dual member agreements, renewing your NAS Dual Membership will enable you to benefit from a member – rate registration to our EAACI Annual Congress.

    When registering/renewing as an EAACI NAS Dual Member, you must indicate which National Allergy Society you are a member of and fill-in your valid national society membership number.

The award of travel grants will be based on CV, scientific value of application (accepted abstracts to the event in question) and the recommendation by an appropriate senior who must be an Individual Member of EAACI.

Dual Membership Agreements

  • Since 1999 EAACI and AAAAI (American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology) have an agreement for dual membership, which entitles their members to a 20% reduction on the membership fee. This means that all EAACI Members and Junior members can benefit from a 20% reduction in the membership fee of AAAAI if they are a Corresponding Member or Fellow. Vice versa, Members/Fellows of AAAAI can join EAACI as Members/Junior Members and receive a 20% reduction on the full EAACI membership fee. It is necessary to have paid the membership fee to one's main Academy in order to profit from the 20% reduction of the collaborating Academy. EAACI members interested in dual membership with the AAAAI should contact membership@aaaai.org.
  • EAACI offers a Dual Membership with a 20% reduction on the full membership fee to all Fellows/Members of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI).
  • The respective leadership of EAACI and European Respiratory Society has agreed to offer a Dual Membership of the two Societies since 2010. The Dual Membership is open to all members of EAACI and the European Respiratory Society. Members will be entitled to a 30% discount on the full membership fee of the respective Society. Payment of the membership fee should be made separately to each Society. The Dual Membership agreement is not applicable to other categories of European Respiratory Society Membership such as Senior, Junior, Affiliate and Associate Memberships, nor dual Memberships signed with other Respiratory Societies. Nor is it applicable to other categories of EAACI Membership other than for members of EAACI residing in Europe.
  • A Dual Membership Agreement that is effective from 1 May 2013, allows members of the European Rhinologic Society and EAACI members to benefit from a 10% discount on the full membership fee of the respective society.

National Allergy Society (NAS) Dual Membership

The EAACI National Allergy Society (NAS) Dual Membership will be available to all current members of a respective national society who are in good standing. These individuals are entitled to a fee of 30 EUR for the annual EAACI Membership. If you would like to apply please indicate which National Allergy Society you are a member of and fill-in your valid national society membership number. Please note that the national society has to confirm if the member is in a good standing for each calendar year. For this purpose, annually data is shared between EAACI and the National Allergy Society.

Please be aware that EAACI NAS Dual members do not benefit of the membership rates on registration fees for the EAACI Annual Congress, as per the signed agreement between EAACI and the corresponding National Allergy Society.

  • Who are the responsible persons at EAACI for the NAS Dual Membership?
    At EAACI, the President, the VP of Communications & Membership and the NASC Chair are responsible. To contact the Membership Coordinator at EAACI HQ, please write an email to member@eaaci.org.

    As an allergy society, how can I make the agreement with EAACI?
    1. The national allergy society has to be a member of the NAS Committee.
    2. The agreement can be requested by sending an email to nas@eaaci.org

    How does my Allergy Society become member of the NAS Committee?
    National Allergy Societies can apply for EAACI Membership by sending such a request to the EAACI President, the EAACI VP Communications & Membership or to the EAACI HQ to nas@eaaci.org.
    EAACI will provide you with the application form. Once submitted, your request needs to be approved by the EAACI Executive Committee and you will be provided with an official answer letter afterwards.

    I am an EAACI Member. Can I switch to the new NAS Dual Membership in 2018?
    If you are already an EAACI member you can switch to the new membership conditions for the next term/invoice only (2019), if each individual sends such a request by email to member@eaaci.org

EAACI Membership Fees

The EAACI Membership fee is based on the average per capita income of each country according to the World Bank Report. Members from a country with a GNI of less than USD 10,000 will receive a 50% reduction on the full EAACI Membership fee, including all Membership benefits.
