Events & Membership Administration
The support contract will be based on around 30 hours-per-week basis with the option for extension upon requirement and availability. You will support the team on a remote basis only – an efficient and stable internet connection on your end is essential – and you are required to be reachable on predefined days per week and agreed hours per day (within Central European Time (CET) office hours).
You report directly to the relevant Project Responsible Person (within the EAACI HQ Team) or to the EAACI General Manager.
Main tasks:
- Events Administration
- Administration of individual events email inboxes
- Events registration support
- Abstract management support
- Post-event delegates support
- General assistance for platform users
- General event administration support
- Membership Administration
- Membership management and support
- Administration of individual email inboxes
- Maintenance of EAACI Membership directory
- General administration
- Customer support via live chat
- Support in general administrational or operational tasks
Required skills:
- English advance level - very good command of the English language, both written and oral
- High knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Efficient use of common email (outlook) and web chat software
- Very good organisational skills
- High flexibility and ability to multitas
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills
- Experience and knowledge over a broad field of IT domains, with focus on CRM and online solutions is an asset
